Exchange Policy (7–10 Working Days)

Exchanges may take 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

If you are unsatisfied with the product quality but the product was delivered correctly, you may exchange it for another product of equal value.
Please note:

           Refunds are not applicable in this case.

           Our products go through a thorough Quality Assurance check before shipping.

 

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If the product was delivered correctly and you still wish to exchange it, the following applies:

           Return shipping and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

           Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
