How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number (AWB) and courier details. You can:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch most orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–6 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas or adverse weather conditions may take longer.

Why is my shipment delayed?

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modifications are only possible if your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@isecret.in.

To add items: place a new order.

To remove items: request cancellation and place a fresh order.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order through:

Confirmation Call: You may cancel during our confirmation call before the order is dispatched.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available with an additional charge of ₹99.
