If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Exchange Policy (7–10 Working Days)
Exchanges may take 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
If you are unsatisfied with the product quality but the product was delivered correctly, you may exchange it for another product of equal value.
